Recruiter (Customer Support/Outsourcing)

About the role 

We are an outsourcing company providing customer support services for international clients across different markets. We are looking for a Recruiter who will focus on hiring customer support specialists and support business growth through effective, well-structured recruitment processes.

This role is a great fit for someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume recruitment, and understands the specifics of customer support roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team, manage the full recruitment cycle, and have a real impact on how recruitment processes are built and improved.

 

Requirements

  • 1โˆ’3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the customer support or outsourcing industry
  • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
  • Proven experience with mass recruitment and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple priorities
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing channels
  • Clear understanding of customer support roles and the skills required for success in this field
  • High level of adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

     

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for customer support roles and other positions in Ukraine and abroad
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to clarify hiring needs and align on recruitment priorities
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview stages and support hiring managers throughout the interview process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support a smooth onboarding process for new hires
