๐ About the Role
People Technology Specialist is an evolved HR role at the intersection of HR processes, business analysis, and technology.
This position is for someone who is excited about building and scaling HR systems ๐๏ธ, not just using them. You will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and development teams ๐ค to design, automate, and continuously improve HR processes and tools across the company.
This is not a classic HR role - itโs a system-oriented, analytical position with real ownership and impact ๐ฏ
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer HR projects in Jira (configuration, access control, testing, user support) โ๏ธ
- Act as a bridge ๐ between business stakeholders and development teams
- Gather requirements and prepare clear technical specifications ๐ for HR automations
- Design and deliver HR process automations from concept to release
- Collaborate with development teams during grooming, planning, and reviews ๐ค
- Monitor system performance, validate HR data, and initiate fixes with developers ๐
- Analyze employee data, ensure accuracy, and track key HR metrics
- Maintain organizational structure, teams, and position catalogs in HR systems ๐๏ธ
- Support daily HR Ops requests from employees, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition ๐ฌ
- Lead adoption of new HR features (training, documentation, guides)
- Maintain HR documentation and knowledge base in Confluence ๐
Participate in UAT testing and continuous improvement of HR products ๐
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles with comparable responsibilities
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, HR Automation / HRIS Specialist, HR Operations Specialist, or similar
- Hands-on experience in HR process automation ๐ค
- Strong experience in HR process documentation ๐
- Ability to work with large volumes of data ๐
- Skills in data analysis, systematization, and classification
- Solid understanding of key HR metrics ๐
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ๐ฌ
- English: Intermediate+ ๐ฌ๐ง
