Marketing (SEO Content) Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing (SEO & Content) Specialist who will be responsible for building and executing a strong SEO-driven marketing presence for the company.

This role combines SEO strategy, content, analytics, and cross-team collaboration, with a growing focus on AI-driven search visibility (AI-SEO / AISO).

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with content: creation, administration, content plans, and content strategy;
  • Experience in Social Media Management (SMM);
  • Experience working with content and media platforms (websites, portals);
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for IT service companies;
  • Experience with product companies is a plus, but not mandatory;
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles (on-page, technical, content-driven SEO);
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data;
  • Proactive approach and strong communication skills.
     

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement SEO strategy aligned with business and marketing goals;
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage SEO tasks and initiatives.

2. Semantic Core & Website Structure

  • Keyword research and clustering;
  • Building logical site structure and resolving keyword cannibalization.

3. On-page & Content SEO

  • Prepare content briefs and technical requirements for copywriters;
  • Optimize landing pages and blog content;
  • Work with meta data, internal linking, and content relevance.

4. Technical SEO

  • Conduct technical SEO audits;
  • Monitor indexing, website performance, and Core Web Vitals;
  • Provide SEO support during website changes and migrations.

5. AI-SEO / AISO

  • Optimize content for AI-driven search results (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, etc.);
  • Improve brand visibility in AI-powered search environments.

6. Link Building & PR Support

  • Control backlink quality;
  • Participate in anchor list creation;
  • Evaluate link placement effectiveness.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs;
  • Analyze results and prepare regular reports.

8. Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and the marketing team;
  • Control execution of SEO-related tasks."
