Lead Generation Manager ( Junior/Trainee)

FuturiX Solutions is looking for a proactive and motivated Trainee/Junior Lead Generation Manager who is eager to grow in B2B lead generation and outreach.

This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who is looking for hands-on experience, clear processes, and ongoing mentorship.

 

 

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities:

 

๐Ÿ”น Conduct B2B outreach via LinkedIn (main channel)
๐Ÿ”น Launch and manage multi-step outreach campaigns to book intro calls
๐Ÿ”น Track outreach metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns
๐Ÿ”น Qualify and segment leads based on ICP
๐Ÿ”น Build, verify, update, and segment lead databases
๐Ÿ”น Follow monthly KPIs and priorities
๐Ÿ”น Collaborate closely with the Sales team and provide regular updates

 

 

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements:

 

๐Ÿ”นOrganizational and time management skills, and a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

๐Ÿ”นBasic understanding of lead generation principles (courses or self-learning).

๐Ÿ”น Initial experience or theoretical knowledge in B2B sales.

๐Ÿ”นDesire to learn, adapt quickly, and follow established outreach workflows.

๐Ÿ”น Basic experience with CRM tools and lead-tracking workflows.

๐Ÿ”น Eagerness to experiment, analyze results, and improve.

๐Ÿ”นStrong written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

๐Ÿ”น At least an Intermediate level of English.

๐Ÿ”น Previous experience in lead generation, outreach, or sourcing
๐Ÿ”น Interest in tech domains (SaaS, FinTech, Blockchain, etc.)
๐Ÿ”น Existing professional network (not required)
