Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our teams!

Requirements:

• 1+years in a technical support or IT support role;
• Basic knowledge of server hardware, software, and operating systems;
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution;
• Ability to analyse complex technical issues;
• Experience with help desk software like Atlassian (Jira, Confluence);
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana);
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good time management and prioritisation skills;
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• 24/7 technical support;
• System monitoring;
• Processing incoming support requests from customers and partners;
• Problem identification and resolution;
• Communication with partners and customers;
• Incident management.
