Join our dynamic team as a Technical Recruiter, where you'll drive full life-cycle recruiting to meet our hiring needs across EMEA and beyond. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to sourcing and a knack for stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Sourcing:
- Excel in sourcing and screening for technical roles, especially in Information Security.
- Navigate recruiting activities aligned with regional regulations.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Efficiently manage candidate pipelines.
Regional Coordination:
- Act as the main coordinator for the EMEA region, collaborating globally.
- Partner with APAC resources and local recruiters to streamline processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Forge strong relationships with hiring managers, setting clear expectations.
- Conduct role intake meetings and ensure job descriptions align with needs.
- Manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Process Management:
- Handle job postings and maintain process compliance.
- Own recruiting aspects while effectively seeking guidance as needed.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally for a professional services organization, including active sourcing and candidate screening;
- Strong technical recruiting expertise, full life-cycle recruiter;
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Comfortable working independently with oversight and raising questions when necessary;
- Navigate ambiguity while maintaining quality standards.
