Project Manager/BA

We are:
A Research and Production Group with custom-made solutions for the battlefield of today and challenges of tomorrow.

You are:

A Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a Product company who has:

• Solid experience applying Agile practices, Scrum in particular (certifications would be a plus);
• Proven track record of successfully managing at least 3 projects with cross-functional Teams:

1. Both software and hardware projects under your belt would be a plus.
2. Related certifications are an advantage.

• Experience in managing project documentation (Confluence, Notion, Miro).
• Ability to confidently and effectively use project management tools to formulate/set/manage tasks (i.e. Jira).
• Experience with roadmapping.
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design (or eagerness to learn it).
• Technical background (especially in hardware) that will be considered a preference.
• Excellent time management skills, hands-on experience in resource allocation.
• Prior experience of deploying basic data analysis skills in both planning and post-mortem.

• Assure their constant optimization and transparency.
• Ensure timely delivery of requirements-compliant products.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for stakeholders.
