Learning and Development Team Lead
This role is for an L&D Lead who treats learning as a business tool, not an end in itself.
You focus on developing people and teams through the lens of business priorities, impact, and outcomes. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and complex challenges, and you consistently ask the most important question: “What problem does this solve for the business?” You avoid formal, low-impact initiatives and favor solutions that actually change behavior and performance.
You are well-versed in learning and development methodologies, with a clear emphasis on practical application over activity metrics. You can adapt your approach to different business models and levels of organizational maturity, designing focused, tailored interventions rather than broad, generic programs. You remain effective in fast-moving environments and keep a strong focus on results.
If this resonates with you, this role may be the right next step for you.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in L&D in fast-growing companies or ecosystems and 2 years in a lead role;
- Experience in developing and implementing L&D strategies;
- Proven experience in building and managing L&D projects from scratch - from needs assessment and diagnostics to implementation and impact evaluation;
- Strong understanding of business context and the ability to translate business challenges into development solutions for teams and managers;
- Knowledge of the local and international learning market, including training providers, courses, and speakers; experience selecting solutions tailored to specific business needs;
- Experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives of various formats and scales (trainings, workshops, strategy sessions, conferences, webinars, hackathons, e-learning) - both online and offline;
- Strong research and analytical skills: ability to explore new solutions, analyze the market, define selection criteria, and make well-reasoned decisions;
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to structure information and present it clearly to business stakeholders.
- English proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Skills in creating content and training programs for different audiences;

- Work with external providers, selecting learning tools and solutions that deliver measurable business impact;
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and hands-on working formats focused on practical application and real use cases;
