Sub Team Lead SEO

PIN-UP.TRAFFIC is a group of companies within the PIN-UP Global that provides quality, payback traffic to customer products and services in markets where they have a presence. It has been operating since 2016 under the flagship project of the group of companies – the PIN-UP Partners partnership program.  

We are looking for a Sub Team Lead SEO to join our team!

Requirements:
- Experience as a team leader from 2 years;

- Experience as a SEO from 5 years;

- At least 3 years of experience in gambling (casino, betting) is required

- Understanding of business goals and ability to translate them into SEO and Product metrics;

- Deep understanding of Google's algorithms, including Helpful Content, Core Updates, and AI content requirements;

- Advanced level of technical SEO: structure optimization, robots.txt, sitemap, canonical, hreflang, schema markup, log analysis;

- In-depth understanding of Google's guidelines for assessing the quality of search results, including the E-E-A-T principles;

- Ability to customize prompts based on SEO metrics: relevance, semantics, formatting, authority;

- Understanding of AI-based content creation automation workflows;

- Ability to form budgets, strategies for projects.

Responsibilities:
- Building SEO strategies;

- Managing a SEO Product team, building monitoring processes, planning and implementing initiatives;

- Develop a long-term SEO strategy in the context of generative AI content and automation;

- Look for growth points and product improvement.

- Reporting on key SEO and business metrics.
