Bulls Media is an international digital company with offices in several countries. We are expanding our global IT team and are looking for a Junior IT Support who is motivated to start a career in IT infrastructure and system administration.

This role is suitable for graduates or entry-level candidates with a higher education in Computer Science or related fields, even without prior commercial experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and supporting IT equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees (on-site and remote)
  • Support Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
  • Assist with user account management and access rights
  • Participate in employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and document solutions
  • Work with Windows OS and gain hands-on experience with Linux
  • Assist in managing internal systems and tools (Slack, Monday, Freshdesk, automation tools)
  • Learn and follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or Student)
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows; Linux is a plus)
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN โ€” basic level)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in System Administration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Responsible, service-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

 

Nice to have:

  • Basic familiarity with cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Make / Zapier) or scripting basics
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Jira, etc.)
