Project / Delivery Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and thoughtful Project / Delivery Manager to join UXRS. Reliable means: you take ownership of your words, your time, and your commitments. Thoughtful means: you’re able to bring clarity where things are unclear, think in systems (not just tasks), and communicate like a human.
It’s a delivery ownership role inside a boutique UX/UI studio working with clients from the US, Europe and Australia. You’ll work closely with the Founder/Team Lead to help us build a delivery system that’s predictable, calm and ready to scale.
Core Responsibilities
🔹 Client communication and status updates
🔹 Scope and deadline management (especially Fixed Price projects)
🔹 Building and maintaining a clean project backlog
🔹 Turning messy input into clear, actionable tasks
🔹 Tracking progress and blockers on a daily basis
🔹 Balancing team load across client and internal work
🔹 Maintaining structure in task manager and project documentation
🔹 Ensuring projects are easy to understand, follow, and revisit

You’re running a fixed-price UX/UI project. The client starts calculating the cost as “weeks × rate” and questions the value of early exploratory work.
