As an Analytics Team Lead, you will lead the transformation of the analytics function across our three leading product lines:
- TMetric - Modern SAAS Platform for payroll, billing&invoicing.
- dbforge - Must-have tools for database development, data analysis, and server administration.
Connectivity - World-class data connectivity solutions for various data connection technologies and frameworks.
Your future challenges
- Architect the Single Source of Truth. Dismantle disjointed data silos across Sales, Marketing, and Product. You will build a centralized, trusted Data Warehouse from scratch that eliminates data discrepancies and serves as the backbone for all strategic decisions.
- Drive Revenue via Product Analytics. Transform product analytics for 4 projects from basic reporting into a growth engine. You will uncover hidden churn drivers, identify monetization bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve Activation, Retention, and LTV.
- Establish Financial & Operational Control. Implement automated P&L data collection and real-time KPI tracking. Your systems must provide the Leadership Team with instant visibility into unit economics and ROI, enabling agile budget allocation in a resource-constrained environment.
Shift Culture to Data-Driven Decision Making. Move the organization from "intuition-based" to "evidence-based." You will mentor analysts and stakeholders, establishing a culture where every feature launch and marketing campaign has a clear, measurable ROI hypothesis.
Requirements
- Data Architecture & SSOT: Proven experience auditing and unifying disjointed Marketing, Sales, and Billing data into a centralized Data Warehouse with deep focus on data integrity and quality assurance.
- End-to-End Product & Marketing Analytics: Solid background in building product analytics and Lead-to-Money funnels from scratch, including event tracking schemas and deep-dive product dashboards.
- Analytics UX & Visualization: Ability to design professional, standardized, and "glanceable" dashboards with a strong sense of UX that clearly answer business questions.
- Governance & Standardization: Experience in establishing unified analytics standards, visualization guidelines, and a Metrics Glossary across business units.
- Leadership & ROI Focus: Proven ability to manage an analytics backlog, mentor teams, and drive a cultural shift toward business value–driven analytics based on ROI.
Skills we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, with a focus on B2B SaaS or product companies.
- Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics); additional analytics certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience cleaning up messy data and unifying conflicting data sources into a Single Source of Truth.
- Experience building Product Analytics functions and processes from scratch.
- Strong track record of implementing financial and KPI control systems.
- Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and BigQuery; proficiency in Python is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of Unit Economics (LTV, CAC, Payback) and Product Metrics (Retention, Stickiness, Activation).
- Experience building product analytics frameworks (e.g., Amplitude-style analysis within BI tools).
- Ability to design professional, standardized dashboards with strong UI/UX in Power BI and/or Looker.
- English — Upper-Intermediate level or above.
Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and forecast results to non-technical stakeholders.
