Junior Strong/Middle Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for Lead Generation Specialist from Junior Strong to Middle level to scale Newsoft’s business development and sales efforts.
This role combines persistence and a strategic mindset within the sales process. You’ll work as part of a growth-driven team, supporting lead generation activities and building initial relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation within a software development company.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
- Understanding of how a software development company works and the ability to clearly communicate services like team augmentation, digital transformation, custom software development, and product development.
- Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive or similar) to manage leads and sales pipelines.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to find relevant prospects.
- Ability to write personalized, well-structured outreach messages.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience using lead generation and outreach automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, Phantombuster).
- Experience in lead generation for the UK and US markets.
- Experience generating leads in the sports and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Create and manage personalized outreach campaigns targeting C-level decision-makers.
- Book online intro calls and schedule in-person meetings during business trips.
- Identify and reach out to leads ahead of industry events and conferences in target locations.
- Qualify leads and coordinate warm introductions with the Newsoft leadership team.
- Manage and update lead data and status in the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive).
Stay up to date with modern lead generation tactics and AI-powered tools, continuously testing and applying what works best.
