Sales Manager โ Sourcing Services (China / International Trade) to $3000
Grandex is an international logistics and trade company operating across China, the USA, Europe, UAE, the UK, and Australia.
Alongside logistics, we are actively developing a sourcing services direction โ helping clients find products in China, compare manufacturers, reduce purchase prices, and ensure compliance with international shipping and customs requirements.
This direction already exists and is growing.
We have a sourcing specialist based in China who works directly with factories, samples, and manufacturers.
Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who will sell sourcing services, build this role from scratch, and help structure the process together with the team.
This is not a classic sales role and not an operational sourcing role.
It is a sales + research + coordination position in a fast-growing department.
Key responsibilities
- Selling product sourcing services (China-focused)
- Working with incoming logistics clients and offering sourcing as an additional service
- Communicating with clients via calls, Zoom, messages, and follow-ups
- Collecting product requirements and specifications from clients
- Preparing preliminary price comparisons and sourcing options
- Coordinating with the China-based sourcing specialist
- Using translators and AI tools to communicate and research efficiently
- Building sales templates, scripts, and workflows from scratch
- Working with CRM, spreadsheets, Trello, email, and internal tools
Recording calls, videos, and explanations for clients when needed
Skills
- B2B sales experience โ 3+ years
- Service sales (logistics, sourcing, consulting, operations โ preferred)
- Strong research and information analysis skills
- Confident client communication via calls and video meetings
- Ability to explain complex processes in simple terms
- CRM systems experience
- Google Sheets / Excel
Task management tools (Trello, Notion, similar)
Additional skills (critical for this role)
- Ability to work without ready-made processes or templates
- High level of independence and responsibility
- Strong learning speed and curiosity
- Confident and advanced use of ChatGPT / AI tools
(research, translations, structuring offers, documentation) - Ability to work effectively with translators (English & Chinese)
Willingness to partially learn sourcing operations to understand the full picture
Ability to:
respond quickly and clearly
work with translators and AI tools
understand basic commercial and logistics terminology
Chinese โ not required
Domain experience
Sales in international trade / logistics / sourcing
China-related business (preferred)
Early-stage or fast-growing departments
Complex service sales with many variables
Working schedule
- 5/2
- Core working hours: 09:00 โ 18:00 (Kyiv time)
- Schedule is not fixed due to China time zone
- Flexibility required (this process will be built and optimized over time)
