Due to the expansion of logistics operations, we are strengthening our team and looking for an experienced, fully autonomous Logistics Manager with strong expertise in international logistics and the Chinese market.

Skills

• International logistics and freight forwarding — 5+ years
• China logistics market expertise — 3+ years
• Freight rate sourcing and cost optimization
• Route planning and logistics cost breakdown
• Negotiation with carriers, agents, and logistics partners
• Multimodal transportation (sea, air, rail, road)
• Risk assessment and deadline control

Additional skills

• Strong negotiation and pressure-handling skills
• Ability to work without supervision
• Strategic thinking and process optimization mindset
• High stress tolerance and time management
• Language proficiency
• English — C1 / C2 (Professional working proficiency)

Working schedule

• 08:00 – 17:00 Kyiv time
• Flexible schedule required due to work with China
