Data Scientist

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to deliver practical AI and GenAI solutions. This is an execution-driven role focused on data quality, model evaluation, and reliable outputs not on BI or data platforms.

You will work directly on building, testing, and delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions for real client use cases. The role requires strong practical experience and the ability to turn ideas into production-ready implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI / ML proof-of-concepts
• Prepare data, implement models, and write production-ready code
• Apply LLMs in practice, including: prompting, structured outputs, evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Work with messy, real-world customer data
• Collaborate closely with client teams and participate in technical workshops

Requirements

• Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Statistics
• Hands-on experience building ML pipelines in Python or R(e.g. scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)
• Practical GenAI experience with LLMs, LangChain, Chainlit, and RAG
• Comfortable working with unstructured and imperfect data
• English level B2+
