Games Manager (iGaming) to $2000

We are looking for a Games Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our iGaming projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the game portfolio, working closely with game providers, and ensuring the best game selection and placement across our brands. You will play a key role in analyzing market trends, optimizing game performance, and supporting player engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the game portfolio across multiple projects;
• Add, configure, and update games using the back office and website tools;
• Test and monitor game performance to ensure quality and stability;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers and aggregators, staying up to date with new releases, features, and promotions;
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and select games that match player preferences;
• Collaborate with the retention and marketing teams to launch targeted campaigns that increase player engagement and game performance;
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve game offerings;
• Proactively suggest ideas to increase demand and competitiveness of products and promotions;

• Maintain and regularly update the department’s knowledge base and documentation.

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry;
• Native knowledge of Ukrainian language;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams;
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for quality results;

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.

   

Nice to Have

• Genuine interest in the online casino and iGaming industry;
• Good understanding of online casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer products;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
