Business Development Manager

NEO, a business unit inside ZONE3000, is hiring a Sales manager.


This role is 100% focused on net-new client acquisition through proactive outbound, disciplined qualification and setting up high-quality opportunities to be closed in collaboration with revenue, marketing, delivery and talent teams.

Your expertise:

  • 4 years in outbound sales / BD for IT engineering services (outsourcing / outstaffing) or adjacent B2B tech services
  • Proven hunter: consistent record of booking meetings and generating qualified pipeline from cold outreach
  • Strong discovery and objection handling; clear, concise business writing (outreach, follow-ups)
  • Working knowledge of services pricing models (T&M, dedicated teams; basic fixed-bid concepts)
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot or similar) and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator; familiarity with sequencing tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; English B2/C1 (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrating discipline, resilience and ownership
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings when required
