Product Manager
We’re looking for a bold, data-driven Senior Product Manager to scale our SaaS marketplace to the next level of growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the product strategy, drive activation and retention, and lead innovations that make competitors irrelevant.
What You’ll Do
Drive revenue growth through core product metrics: activation, retention, engagement, LTV, churn, subscription adoption, and NPS.
Own the product vision & strategy for a marketplace, ensuring balanced liquidity between supply (sellers) and demand (buyers/investors).
Create and execute a high-leverage roadmap that prioritizes speed, measurable impact, and competitive advantage.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver products users can’t imagine working without.
Set new standards in product excellence: UX/UI, experimentation frameworks, product analytics, and growth loops.
Leverage AI & automation to scale operations, improve user outcomes, and build defensible competitive moats.
Monitor the market and competitors to anticipate trends, launch new features, and expand into new verticals.
Mentor and inspire product teams to move fast, think big, and execute with discipline.
What You Bring
4+ years of product leadership experience (Head of Product, Senior PM) in SaaS marketplaces or a high-growth startup (B2B or B2C).
Proven track record of scaling platforms into market leaders with measurable revenue and retention outcomes.
Deep understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG): fluent in PQLs, expansion revenue, churn reduction, and net retention.
Data-obsessed: you live in product analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights.
Strategic yet execution-driven:Â you can craft a market-dominating vision and translate it into weekly product wins.
A strong communicator who aligns C-suite, engineering, and go-to-market teams around a shared mission. Â Â Â
