Marketing Growth Manager
Remote | Full-time
Own growth for subscription mobile apps from first tests to scale.
You are responsible for turning traffic, funnels, and creatives into revenue and for making clear decisions on what to test, scale, or stop across W2W and W2A funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Own one or more app growth streams (W2W / W2A) from strategy to results
- Design and run go-to-market: ICPs, offers, messaging, funnels, paywalls, onboarding
- Partner with UA on media plans, testing roadmap, and targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback)
- Drive creative strategy with Creative team: angles, concepts, scripts
- Work with Product, Tech, and Data on tracking, dashboards, and automation
Turn data into clear priorities: scale / kill / test next
Main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of one core app / funnel / region
- Launch and review multiple creative + funnel experiments
- Hit agreed ROI and revenue targets
Improve speed and clarity of the growth feedback loop
Requirements:
- 3+ years in performance marketing or growth for mobile apps / subscriptions
- Strong in funnels and creative strategy (web and/or app)
- Confident with metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts
- Comfortable in fast-paced, test-heavy environments
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- English: B2+
