This role is ideal for independent recruiters who are confident working autonomously, understand tech hiring realities, and want flexibility without micromanagement. You will work with real client demand, clear role briefs, and a transparent bonus structure. We value speed, quality, and professional judgment over volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for tech and digital roles
- Work with detailed job requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess fit (technical + soft skills)
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Deliver well-structured candidate profiles within agreed timelines
- Collaborate with internal recruiters, sales, and founders when needed
- Maintain professional standards in candidate experience and data handling
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (IT / Tech / Digital roles preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, direct search, referrals, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Clear communication and professional judgment
- Understanding of contract / freelance / remote hiring models
- Reliable availability and respect for deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with outstaffing or outsourcing models
- Existing candidate network in tech domains
- Experience working with European or international clients
- Familiarity with ATS tools and structured recruitment processes
