Sales Representative (Upwork) to $4000

Format: Full-time
Compensation: Fixed salary + % per closed deal
Work format: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Working with the automated lead generation system Convertix.io (must-have)
• Monitoring and fine-tuning lead generation criteria (niche, budget, keywords, filters)
• Leading sales conversations with clients (chat-first)
• Qualifying leads and identifying real buying intent
• Negotiating pricing, scope, and timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Convertix.io
• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork sales (not theory)
• Clear understanding of the sales funnel: proposal → reply → negotiation → deal
• Confident written English (B2+ / C1 preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to push deals forward and drive clients to a decision
