Tech Support Specialist

We’re seeking for an enthusiastic and talented Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team with flexible hours position!
Please note: until March, the working schedule will be Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Kyiv time). Starting from March, the role will be changed to a flexible schedule with varying working days and early morning shifts beginning at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone, handling inquiries, technical issues, and support requests;
• Provide timely, professional support, troubleshooting software-related issues and delivering effective solutions;
• Investigate and escalate complex cases in collaboration with the support manager, product, and development teams;
• Document and track all customer interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring SLA and quality standards are met;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gathering feedback and communicating customer needs internally;
• Maintain strong product knowledge, providing guidance, training, and best practices to customers;
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and supporting process enhancements.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field;
• Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
