• Own the entire product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors (SWOT analysis, feature comparison), making decisions based on analytical data and market insights.
• Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable goals.
• Build and execute product strategies, including pre/post evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, to define product features and requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and assess potential markets for product expansion.
• Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritize tasks based on business goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Ensure that product development is on track, meeting deadlines, and achieving quality standards.
• Make data-driven decisions, continuously optimizing product performance and user experience.
• Be a key decision-maker in setting product vision and strategy.
• Manage the product backlog in alignment with business requirements, ensuring that priorities are met.
