Freelance Designer (UI/UX / Digital Design) — Figma, AI-Driven Design to $800

We are a fast-growing digital company (4 years old) that started as a two-person team and has grown into an international partner for innovative digital products.

After several years of research, experimentation, and development, we now have our own products and partnership contracts with leading companies.
To support our next growth phase, we are looking for a freelance designer who wants to grow with us long-term.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Design modern, well-thought-out visuals for digital products, brands, and client projects
• Translate briefings, descriptions, and references into strong visual concepts that clearly communicate the client’s value
• Work independently and proactively on design solutions
• Deliver fast, efficient results without sacrificing quality
• Use AI-assisted design workflows, especially Figma Make

🧠 Your Profile

• Freelance designer with a high level of self-organization and responsibility
• Strong experience with:
  • Figma (including Figma Make)
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design process
• Excellent understanding of:
  • Color theory & color psychology
  • Typography & visual hierarchy
  • Modern, clean, and user-focused design
• Ability to create accurate designs based on concepts, descriptions, and existing materials
• Reliable, honest, and professional
