🎯 What You'll Do
As our WordPress Developer, you’ll be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites that support our marketing, product, and growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and engineering teams to deliver clean, scalable, and conversion-focused web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
Build pixel-perfect pages based on Figma/Adobe XD designs
Optimize site performance (speed, security, Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices)
Integrate APIs, automation tools, and third-party services
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, compatibility issues, and server-related problems
Implement A/B tests and track performance improvements
Maintain documentation for features, components, and custom builds
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new features and landing pages
Ensure the website remains reliable, scalable, and up to date with the latest WP standards
✅ What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL
Experience building and customizing WP themes and plugins from scratch
Understanding of Gutenberg/ACF, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery), and automation tools
Experience with hosting environments, DNS, and server-side optimization
Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, caching, and security best practices
Ability to translate designs into responsive, production-ready pages
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Bonus: Experience with WooCommerce, API integrations, or SaaS websites
Bonus: Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git, or headless WordPress setups
