HR Lead

Responsibility
- Managing the high-quality delivery of day-to-day HR operations (hire-to-retire).
- Proactively driving HR operational excellence, identifying gaps, and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Acting as the main HR point of contact for employees, providing guidance, answering HR-related questions, and resolving operational issues.
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, internal guidelines, and reports.
- Managing and developing a small HR team (initially 1 person, growing to 2 in the near future).
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to push projects and teams toward success.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail.
- Strong ability to organise work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and eager to learn, adapting to new challenges and environments.
- Experience managing or supervising the work of others.
- Knowledge of EU and UK labour law is an advantage.
