HR Lead

Responsibility

  • Managing the high-quality delivery of day-to-day HR operations (hire-to-retire).
  • Proactively driving HR operational excellence, identifying gaps, and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Acting as the main HR point of contact for employees, providing guidance, answering HR-related questions, and resolving operational issues.
  • Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, internal guidelines, and reports.
  • Managing and developing a small HR team (initially 1 person, growing to 2 in the near future).

 

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to push projects and teams toward success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to organise work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and eager to learn, adapting to new challenges and environments.
  • Experience managing or supervising the work of others.
  • Knowledge of EU and UK labour law is an advantage.
