Product Owner / Business Analyst to $3000

We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst who will own requirements and user scenarios.
You will work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering, turning complex logistics processes into clear and implementable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and the first client
• Analyze and document logistics business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Build and prioritize the product backlog
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with designers on user flows, scenarios, and interfaces
• Collaborate with the development team on complex logic and integrations
• Support the team during implementation by clarifying requirements
• Accept delivered features based on business logic and requirements
• Contribute to building a product designed for future market scaling

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst
• Experience working with B2B or internal systems
• Strong understanding of business processes and their formalization
• Hands-on experience with backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to work directly with designers and developers
• Strong communication skills and the ability to structure ambiguous requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS / TMS / ERP systems
• Experience launching products from scratch
• Experience working with integrations and APIs (requirements level)
• Experience with Scrum / Kanban
