Full-Stack Developer to $2000

FTD Company is a performance marketing arbitration team that builds proprietary products and automation solutions for the Crypto, Trading, and Finance verticals.

We are seeking a Junior → Middle Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and automation, and a strong motivation to grow into a high-level specialist through real production projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of landing pages, quizzes, and admin panels
  (PHP as the core backend logic; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue on the frontend).
• Backend development using Node.js and/or Python (APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations).
• Development of Telegram bots (aiogram / node-telegram-bot-api) for lead processing, analytics, and notifications.
• Implementation of automation using Puppeteer / Playwright for internal workflows, including integration with AdsPower and Octo APIs.
• Working with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis).
• Integration of external services: CRM systems, trackers, payment providers, anti-detect tools, and webhooks.

• Participation in system design, optimization, and deployment processes (Docker, Linux, GitHub Actions).

   

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js.
• Basic understanding of PHP, including forms, routing, sessions, and simple APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React or Vue).
• Experience working with APIs, databases, REST, and JSON.
• Initial practical experience (educational or personal projects) with Telegram bots, automation, or web integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to work with complex technical tasks.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Puppeteer / Playwright, AdsPower API, or Octo API.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Experience integrating CRMs or tracking systems (Binom, Voluum, Keitaro, etc.).
• Python experience (FastAPI, aiogram).
• Experience with task queues (BullMQ, Celery).

• Probation period of 1–2 months with compensation of 25,000–35,000 UAH (approximately 600–900 USD).

Workload and Schedule

• The role involves a flexible and non-standard working schedule.

• Overall workload is moderate and uneven, with a focus on results and efficiency rather than constant availability.
