Marketing Experimentation Specialist / Lead Gen Analyst

We’re searching for a Marketing Experimentation Specialist — someone who enjoys digging into data, testing assumptions, and learning what really works.

This role is ideal for a marketer who prefers thinking and testing over routine execution.

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or lead generation
  • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity
  • Experience working with hypotheses, tests, or experiments
  • Ability to independently research, test, and draw conclusions
  • Understanding of B2B marketing or client acquisition basics
  • Comfortable working with incomplete data and iterating
  • English level: Intermediate+

Outreach tools (Email / LinkedIn) are optional — we’ll teach tools,
but we can’t teach curiosity and critical thinking.

 

Nice to have 💎

  • Experience with A/B testing or funnel analysis
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience working with Sales or client-facing teams
  • Interest in automation and marketing tooling
  • Background in IT, SaaS, or outsourcing is a plus

 

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

  • Designing and running marketing experiments
  • Testing different niches, ICPs, and acquisition approaches
  • Analyzing campaign results and identifying patterns
  • Supporting Sales team with insights and validated ideas
  • Improving existing lead generation workflows
  • Suggesting new tools, approaches, and optimizations
