Growth Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is curious, analytical, and eager to experiment.
This role is less about following ready-made templates and more about testing ideas, learning fast, and improving results step by step.
For a perfect match, we expect π―
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or growth-related roles
- Strong interest in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and analytics
- Understanding of lead generation mechanics (channels, funnels, ICPs)
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new tools and approaches
- Experience working closely with Sales or Business Development teams
- Structured and logical thinking
- English level: Intermediate+
β οΈ Hands-on experience with Email or LinkedIn outreach is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
We care more about mindset than specific tools.

- Experience in B2B or IT services marketing
- Familiarity with automation or lead generation tools (Gigradar, Apollo, similar)
- Experience running small experiments or growth tests
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or pipelines

- Testing and validating new lead generation ideas and channels
- Creating hypotheses and running small experiments across niches
- Supporting Sales team with lead research and campaign preparation
- Analyzing results and improving campaign performance
- Participating in building and optimizing lead generation workflows
- Documenting learnings and insights from experiments
