Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who not only delivers results but also enjoys building trust, structure, and great collaboration within the team. This role focuses on optimizing processes, promoting effective teamwork, and driving long-term business value.
It’s also a growth opportunity — we’re looking for someone ready to evolve into a Delivery manager role, build and lead a project management team, and shape the delivery direction of the company. Please note that this position is open exclusively to Ukrainian professionals, regardless of their current country of residence.

What We Expect From You:

• minimum of 4 years in a role such as Project Manager (PM);
• technical background: experience in QA or engineering positions (is a must);
• high proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above) for client communication;
• proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies;
• hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, and Asana;
• proven skills in building long-term partnerships and experience working with international clients;
• strong understanding of SDLC, modern technologies, and development processes;
• ability to quickly assess situations, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently;
• ability to manage financials (including budget creation and cost control) and revenue forecasting;
• experience in managing client relationships and expectations;
• leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams;
• strong decision-making and consensus-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
   

Your Key Responsibilities:

• overseeing the full lifecycle of IT solution delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project completion;
• ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations and adhere to company quality standards;
• coordinating and optimizing the work of cross-functional teams (developers, QA engineers, designers, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration;
• building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, requirements gathering, and ongoing support;
• managing project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to deliver successful outcomes;
• identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies;
• contributing to presales activities, including project scoping and client consultations.
