We are looking for strategic and execution-strong CMO who will take end-to-end ownership of Promova’s growth.
The CMO will define a clear growth strategy, translate it into practical, scalable actions, and ensure strong execution discipline. This role plays an active part in product discovery, co-owning growth hypotheses, user value exploration, and growth loops together with Product.
The focus is on measurable business impact, driven by data, systems thinking, and strong leadership energy.

Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute a clear marketing and growth strategy
- Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps and execution
- Balance long-term bets with short-term performance
Growth & Business Impact
- Own performance marketing and organic acquisition
- Deliver multiplicative business growth through marketing
- Optimize CAC, LTV, ROMI, and growth efficiency
- Build and scale growth loops with Product, bringing user insights, market signals, and growth data into discovery
Organization & Leadership
- Build marketing teams aligned to business goals
- Create scalable team structures and strong leadership layers
- Maintain a high hiring bar and build star teams
- Lead with energy, clarity, and consistency
Data & Market Awareness
- Ensure all decisions are data-driven
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry shifts
- Build systems for experimentation and learning
Required Experience
- 7–10+ years in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)
- Deep understanding and experience with Meta, Google, TikTok paid performance marketing
- Proven business growth impact through marketing (multiple times scale)
- Strong experience in: Performance marketing, Organic growth channels, CAC / LTV / ROMI ownership
- Experience building and scaling marketing organizations (50+ people)
- Ability to lead strategy → execution → results
