As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a fully remote Sales Manager who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and drives results.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach; submit 30 tailored proposals daily 
    *also to empower you, we have really good Lead Gen in our team
  • React quickly to inbound interest, book discovery calls, and conduct 4+ sales calls weekly
  • Present our services clearly, handle objections, and close deals
  • Collaborate with lead gen and SEO teams to improve conversion
  • Keep CRM data up to date and prepare structured commercial offers
  • Ensure smooth handoff of clients to Account Managers with complete documentation

     

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years B2B sales experience (digital marketing/SEO a plus)
  • Fluent English (C1+); German is a plus
  • Confident in consultative selling and simplifying complex topics
  • Persistent, proactive, organized, and results-driven
  • Team player who collaborates across functions and adapts quickly
