Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on full-cycle B2B sales and driving company growth in international markets. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting new clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Execute the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation and qualification, cold and warm calls, conducting online and offline meetings, product presentations, negotiations, preparing commercial proposals, and closing deals
Initiate and develop new partnerships and sales opportunities in international markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to shape growth strategy
Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve go-to-market strategy and product offerings
Manage pipeline in CRM system, forecast results, track key metrics, and report on sales performance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Business Development, direct B2B sales, or Partnerships
Proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue (preferably with examples of achieved results)
Strong negotiation skills, experience conducting calls and presentations, and handling objections
Fluent English (written and spoken) โ daily communication with international clients
Experience working with international markets (Europe, USA, Asia, etc.)
Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar), KPI tracking, and data-driven approach

Experience in full-cycle sales in B2B SaaS, IT services, or technology products
Existing network of contacts and partners in target industries
Understanding of startup or scale-up environments
Education in business, economics, marketing, or related fields
