About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer with
5+ years of commercial experience who will take technical and team ownership of our customer-facing web platform and API. This role combines hands-on development with leadership of a small engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the development team and QA
- Code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning and execution
- Development and maintenance of the web platform and backend services
- Architectural decision-making
- Collaboration with Product Manager
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript (frontend & backend)
- React, Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring
Nice to Have
- Serverless architecture experience
- Backend or database performance optimization
