Junior Sourcer (with growth to Recruiter)

We are looking for a Junior Sourcer who wants to start a career in recruitment and grow into a full-cycle Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone at an early career stage who is interested in HR / Talent Acquisition, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to learn. 

You don’t need prior recruiting experience — we provide training, mentoring, and a clear growth path from Sourcer to Recruiter. 

Qualifications 

• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition 

• Motivation to learn and grow into a Recruiter role 

• Good communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

• Ability to work with multiple tasks and priorities 

• Confident PC user (Google Docs, Sheets, basic tools) 

• Pre-Intermediate or higher English level 

Will be a plus: 

• Any previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, HR, or research 

• Background in sales, customer support, or client communication 

• Experience using LinkedIn or job platforms 

• Completed courses or self-study in HR / recruitment 

Key Responsibilities 

• Search and identify candidates using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media) 

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines 

• Conduct initial outreach to candidates (messages, emails) 

• Review CVs and profiles based on basic role requirements 

• Maintain candidate data in ATS or internal tracking systems 

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers 

• Gradually get involved in recruitment processes (screening calls, interview coordination)
