Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a reliable Upwork Bid Specialist responsible for sending 50 targeted proposals per day. Your main goal is to initiate conversations with potential clients by submitting well-structured, relevant bids based on our templates, guidelines, and qualification criteria.

This is a consistent, process-driven role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with daily performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Bid Submission

• Submit 50 high-quality proposals every day (Monday–Friday).
• Primarily use our internal templates; light customization is appreciated but not mandatory
• Prioritize jobs with high match score, clear budgets, and relevant scope.

1. Job Filtering & Selection

• Quickly evaluate projects by scope, budget, client history, and contract size.
• Avoid low-quality, low-budget, or irrelevant jobs.
• Focus on clients most likely to convert.
• Maintain accuracy in job selection whenever possible to support high-quality responses.

1. Communication & Reporting

• Track all bids sent throughout the month.

• Provide a monthly report summarizing bids sent, replies received, and potential leads.

   

Requirements

• Basic English skills and some familiarity with web development are preferred, though not required.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and customize responses quickly.
• Ability to follow templates, rules, and qualification logic.
• Disciplined, and able to meet daily performance targets.

Performance Expectations

• Daily quota: 50 bids

• Monthly total: 1,100 bids

• Basic reporting using simple spreadsheets.

• Optional basic AI rewriting when needed

   

Compensation

• $300/month, paid monthly.
• Long-term, stable role with potential bonuses for quality and conversions.
• Performance bonus: Earnings increase ×2 when hitting either 100 bids/day or 100 monthly responses.
