Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and optimizing our systems. 

What do you have

- At least 4 years of experience with Rails. 

- Proficient in Backend: you have at least three years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (most important), ideally 3-4 years.

- Frontend: Vanilla JavaScript, Hotwire with StimulusJS & Turbo a bit.

- Knowledge of Data Stores: Postgres and Redis; Sidekiq; S3. 
- Experience with Stimulus, TailwindCSS. 
- Experience with cloud environments, Terraform, networking and security concepts is a big plus. 

- Good English communication skills (B2 level), be ready to communicate effectively in English.

Your key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with team including engineers and designers to define and implement decisions that meet business requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply best practices to continuously improve development processes.

About project: a digital platform powered by artificial intelligence that streamlines and automates the process of issuing building permits and approvals. It serves both applicants such as developers and builders and municipal agencies including city planning departments, zoning offices, and inspection teams.
