Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to strengthen our sales department and take ownership of team performance, conversion growth, and service quality.

This role combines leadership, analytics, and hands-on work with sales processes.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers
• Set goals, track KPIs, and ensure plan execution
• Analyze the sales funnel and identify growth points
• Improve conversion rates, average order value, and response speed
• Coach, train, and onboard sales managers
• Review calls and chats, provide feedback and improvements
• Optimize scripts, offers, and communication standards
• Collaborate with Marketing and Production teams on lead quality and order fulfillment
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead / Senior Sales Manager
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and KPIs
• Confident work with numbers, reports, and analytics
• Ability to give clear feedback and motivate the team
• Result-oriented mindset
   

Tools:

• CRM systems
• Google Sheets / Excel
   

English:

• Intermediate+ (B2–C1) — required for understanding clients and internal processes
   

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce
• Experience working with the US market
• International sales background
   

Not a fit if you

• Have no management experience
• Avoid responsibility for numbers and results
• Prefer micromanagement instead of leadership
   

Working conditions

• Full-time, 5/2
• Remote
• Time zone: Kyiv
• Reports directly to: COO
   

Compensation

• Fixed salary — discussed individually
• Performance-based bonuses for:
  • Conversion growth
  • Sales plan achievement
  • Team revenue growth

In peak seasons, compensation may shift to a higher performance-based model.
