Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our teams!

Requirements:

- 1-2 years in project coordination or management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and G-Suite.
- Understanding of SDLC, product lifecycle, user flow, and SMART goal-setting.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to task management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist or fully manage the lifecycle of tech projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, design, and finance, to synchronize processes, ensure efficiency, and facilitate communication.
- Monitor project progress, track timelines, and update project roadmaps; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, technical documents, and meeting notes.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Control KPIs, and manage resources to ensure project goals are achieved within scope, time, and budget.
- Continuously assess and refine project processes to improve team productivity and reduce operational risks, applying industry best practices.
- Identify and address project risks at each stage, ensuring contingency plans are in place for unexpected challenges.
