Team Lead Recruiter
Key responsibilities
Managing the recruitment team: task setting, prioritization, mentoring, and development.
Accountability for hiring plan execution: timelines, quality, and candidate experience.
Building and optimizing recruitment processes in line with company scaling.
Hands-on ownership of complex and critical roles (Software / Hardware / manufacturing positions).
Analyzing the candidate market and competitors, developing tailored sourcing strategies.
Building effective communication with Hiring Managers as internal stakeholders.
Developing the employer brand within recruitment activities.
Implementing recruitment metrics, analytics, and hiring forecasting.
Our expectations
5+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in managerial roles.
Full-cycle recruitment experience: from candidate profiling to offer stage.
Understanding the difference between Software and Hardware roles and knowledge of effective sourcing channels.
Leadership experience or readiness: mentoring, team coordination, and ownership of results.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust.
Proactiveness, analytical thinking, and result-oriented mindset.
Fluent Ukrainian; English at B1 level or higher.
