Senior UI/UX Designer for Web3 and FinTech Products

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Web3 and financial products to help us design high-quality, production-ready interfaces for crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, wallets, and Web3 financial tools.

This role requires strategic thinking, not just UI execution. You should be comfortable owning design architecture, concepts, and UX logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Build UX architecture for complex Web3 products
• Create:
  • User flows
  • Wireframes
  • Moodboards
  • UI concepts
• Design high-fidelity UI ready for development

• Work closely with:

  • Product Owner
  • Developers
  • Delivery Manager

   

• Translate business logic into clear and usable interfaces
• Maintain design consistency across products

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design

• Strong Web3 / FinTech background:

  • Crypto exchanges
  • DeFi platforms
  • Crypto wallets
  • Trading dashboards

   

• Deep understanding of:

  • UX for financial products
  • Complex data visualization
  • User trust & security UX

   

• Excellent Figma skills:

  • Components
  • Design systems
  • Auto layout

   

• Ability to explain and defend design decisions logically
• Portfolio with real Web3 / financial products (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with:
  • Trading interfaces
  • Analytics dashboards
  • Telegram Mini Apps
• Understanding of DeFi mechanics (AMMs, liquidity, staking)
• Experience working with developers in agile teams
