  • Help managers run effective 1-on-1 meetings and provide structured feedback.
  • Identify and address low-performance cases and improvement plans.

  • Support a culture of trust, ownership, and accountability in a distributed environment.
  • Organize remote-friendly team rituals and engagement initiatives.
  • Run regular pulse surveys and eNPS, analyze results, and drive action plans.
  • Identify retention risks and support managers in addressing them.

HR Operations & Policies

  • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, NDAs, and internal policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and cooperation models (B2B, contractors, employment).
  • Manage offboarding processes, knowledge transfer, and exit interviews.
  • Continuously improve HR policies for a remote-first organization.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager / People Partner in an IT company.
  • Hands-on experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and service-based business models (outsourcing / outstaffing).
  • High level of self-organization and ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Background or education in Psychology is considered a strong advantage, especially for working with remote teams, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Understanding of basic psychological principles related to motivation, feedback, conflict resolution, and burnout prevention is a strong advantage.

What We Offer
