The Role
We are looking for a Group Head / Account Growth Manager to fully own the financial performance and growth of assigned talent accounts.
This is a senior, revenue-focused role at the intersection of account management, sales strategy, analytics, and team leadership. Your primary mission is simple and measurable: maximize profit within each account.
You will be responsible for defining account growth strategy, identifying monetization opportunities, turning data into daily tactical actions, and leading a cross-functional team to execute efficiently. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep analytical thinking, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Revenue Ownership roles, with direct responsibility for account profit and growth.
- Proven experience in upsell, cross-sell, retention, and full sales funnel management.
- Strong ability to build and execute account growth strategies, including revenue forecasting and planning.
- Hands-on experience in project and delivery management:
- Scope definition
- Timeline planning
- Risk and dependency management
- Confident working with analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents).
- Strong experience in data analysis: interpreting large volumes of inputs and turning them into clear business decisions.
- Data-driven decision making:
- Formulating hypotheses
- Prioritizing initiatives using impact/effort frameworks
- Measuring results and adjusting strategy based on performance
- Experience managing teams and operational reporting, including performance tracking and accountability.
- Strong understanding of content monetization mechanics and digital revenue models.

You will
Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Own the P&L and profit growth of assigned talent accounts.
- Identify strategic growth points and monetization opportunities within each account.
- Build and execute account-level growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Forecast revenue and continuously optimize performance.
Monetization & Tactical Execution
- Ensure existing content is effectively monetized across all available channels.
- Initiate and manage daily tactical actions to improve revenue performance.
- Work on campaign setup, content distribution logic, and monetization workflows to maximize returns.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives.
Analytics & Decision Making
- Analyze all incoming data (traffic, content performance, revenue metrics, funnel performance).
- Turn analytics into clear, actionable decisions.
- Monitor KPIs, identify underperformance early, and implement corrective actions.
- Measure the impact of changes and continuously iterate.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team working on the account.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and accountability.
- Ensure efficient execution, delivery quality, and operational discipline.
- Build transparent reporting and performance tracking systems.
