IT Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. If you are passionate about talent discovery, skilled in modern sourcing tools, and enjoy building strong professional connections, this role is for you.

Requirements:

Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)

Experience with various sourcing strategies and channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, X-Ray, social media, and niche platforms

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to promote opportunities and address candidate objections

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Use different sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, X-ray search, etc.) to identify potential candidates

Reach out to candidates, engage in initial communication, assess their interest, and present roles persuasively

Manage candidate data using CRM systems to streamline and automate the hiring process

Evaluate candidate profiles, experience, and skills to determine job fit and potential

Conduct pre-screening interviews

Build and maintain professional relationships through networking in forums, social media groups, and industry communities
