Senior Product Designer

A US-headquartered full-lifecycle product development company is expanding and looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team.

About the project

The long-term project is a SaaS platform for managing, conducting, and monitoring clinical trials of new pharmaceutical products.

This is a mission-critical, data-heavy enterprise platform where design decisions directly affect usability, compliance, and the reliability of clinical data.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the design vision, strategy, and goals, aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end design processes: discovery, research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Conduct or oversee user research to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows
• Translate product and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
• Drive iterative design through usability testing, feedback, and data-informed improvements
• Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership
• Lead design reviews and critique sessions, fostering a culture of quality and growth

Must-have 

• Solid experience in Product Design with a proven track record of delivering high-impact work
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and end-to-end product ownership
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, stakeholders)
• Ability to set up, conduct, and maintain user research
• Experience leading multiple design initiatives in parallel
• Passion for continuously exploring new design practices and problem-solving approaches

• Strong English level 

   

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
