Requirements: 

- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on digital
- Deep understanding of how SEO, PPC, PR, partner marketing and branding work and reinforce each other, plus hands-on experience with these channels
- Experience creating presentation materials and marketing content for different stages of the funnel
- Experience managing external vendors and coordinating a team of executors
- Experience working closely with Sales and other internal departments
- Strong strategic planning skills and proven experience working with marketing KPIs
- Confident use of analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, email platforms, etc.)
- Solid understanding of key metrics: CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion to SQL/MQL, etc.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+)

- Ability to build, explain and defend a marketing strategy
- Strong self-organization
- Experience in negotiations with partners and media

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies within the B2B direction
- Manage and optimize the following marketing channels, involving line specialists and executors where needed:
- SEO – together with the SEO specialist, generate ideas to scale organic lead generation
- PPC – generate hypotheses and set tasks for launching and optimizing ad campaigns
- PR – prepare press releases, announcements and expert content
- Media & content – create and update presentation materials and other sales/marketing assets
- Partnerships – provide marketing support for partnerships with B2B clients and partners
- Build and improve marketing analytics and channel reporting; form insights and hypotheses based on data
- Monitor and manage marketing metrics and budget; adjust strategy based on performance
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives
- Initiate, develop and support marketing activities aimed at lead generation and growing the number of positive ROMI customers.

 

Will be a plus: 

- Experience in Web3/crypto is a plus, but not mandatory
