IT Recruiter-Researcher (Ukraine)

We are looking for an ambitious person to be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing through managing the recruitment process of IT/Non-IT professionals.

Requirements:

• 0,5+ years of experience in the IT field (as a recruiter/researcher);
• IT sourcing techniques knowledge and skills;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
• Fluency in English at B2+ level is a must-have (written and verbal);
• Good PC capabilities -Phone, Slack, and online meeting platform skills;

• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills;

   

Key duties:

• Searching for candidates in various resources;
• Interviewing candidates and drafting presentations for clients;
• Other related tasks, as requested.
