Customer Description
The client is a regulated financial institution providing secure, compliant, bank-grade services for digital financial assets to institutional and private clients.
The organization operates an integrated platform that covers custody, trading, asset management, lending, and digital instrument services while strictly adhering to regulatory and security standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS and TypeScript, including REST APIs and database/ORM interactions.
- Support frontend development with React and collaborate on UI integration.
- Implement advanced NestJS constructs such as Guards, Interceptors, Pipes, Providers, and Custom Decorators.
- Improve backend performance through profiling, caching, and bottleneck analysis.
- Work with microservices, asynchronous workflows, message queues, and third-party integrations.
- Contribute to architecture improvements and internal AI initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
Core technologies: NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, Git (Gitflow)
Additional tools and platforms: NX, Docker, CI/CD tools, AWS
Experience: 7+ years in Backend or Full-Stack development with a strong backend focus
